I don't remember seeing it in Google Reader either. Strange. But the comments show up in my email this time at least.

Presents after lunchtime? That's messed up. You can bet I'll be knocking on your door, though - Kaylee's a little alarm clock that wakes us up every three hours. She is a precise instrument as well - every time it was within five minutes of being three hours. Funny.

Those other traditions should definitely go on the list. And I thought we were already friends on Goodreads. I'm reading the Chronicles of Narnia, and I'm almost halfway through the first book. I had only read The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe before, but that was at least fifteen years ago or so.

ARGH! No waking me up, you punk! Why don't you move your "sleep in" goal to Christmas Day, huh?? And you say "wake up Beth if I have to" like I am the biggest sleeper ever, when in fact I just treat Christmas like a regular day and would prefer to get up around 7:30am or so. NOT late. (If you think this is late, I'd invite you to revisit a Christmas of my past, 2002, when I had Christmas with Nathan's family. They opened presents AFTER lunchtime! I love them, but man, that was a hard adjustment.)

I am surprised you did not also mention under traditions:
~ Eat waffles on Christmas morning
~ Gloat over the fact that you got mom the waffle maker when she says how much she appreciates it
~ Eat chips & dip on New Years (I have decided that I'm adding Chex Muddy Buddies to my New Years snack traditions; I made it last year and it was scrumdiddlyuptious). Oh wait; you do say "eat junk food;" my bad. Well, it's settled then -- I'm bringing Muddy Buddies.

Excited over the Wii Bowling tournament, and meeting Kaylee, of course, and seeing Emmy and you and Julia!

What book are you going to read? Are you going to sign up on Goodreads so I can see how you liked it??

Also: why did this not show up on my Google Reader?? Grr.
