About Alex

As you can probably tell from this blog, I'm really a kid at heart. My little girls teach me a lot about being an adult.

Beware the Fox

It’s here! Firefox 1.0 is out. Are you using Firefox yet? Well, if not, or if you just want to update to 1.0, then you can download it here or from FeFNet or a myriad of other websites out there. The moral of the story is you should be using a browser that’s not Internet Explorer. Wonder why? That’s another post in itself, but I’ll just warn you that Internet Explorer is full of security holes, especially if you haven’t updated to Windows XP Service Pack 2. Don’t know what that is? Confused by everything I’m typing? Leave a comment and we’ll get back to you.

Email Posting Test

Does this e-mail have funny borders and columns? I certainly hope not,
because then it will look weird on the website.

I’m just doing a test for the e-mail posting stuff. If I can get it to
work well, this thing will be lots easier!

Chau, kids!

It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood!

Hi, everyone! I just wanted to let you know that this site isn’t dead, since I haven’t written anything here for a couple of weeks. Part of the reason for this is because I do this stuff at work all day, and when I get home there’s not a lot of motivation to continue working on web stuff. Funny how that works, isn’t it?

Well, for this post I’m testing out an alternative type of writing to this blog. I can just send an e-mail to a special account and everything gets posted! Pretty cool, I think. I guess this is the 21st century after all.

As always, thanks for visiting the FeFNet. New features are coming soon, as well as a significant update to the gallery stuff. We’ll have fun pictures from all over on there! I can’t wait.

Yeah… I know

Okay, I know that nobody really visits this site right now, but I’ve got to do something about these templates. You’re killing me, Smalls! Anyway, it looks like it will be a while before I’m able to get around to fixing the templates, so you’re all stuck with what you’ve got! I’m sorry! Have a great day.
